Education
We provide tailor-made training courses, programmes and tools on inclusion, diversity and engagement to equip organisations across every sector of commerce, industry, education, justice, health, youth, social work, and therapeutic support services to design equitable services in any setting, and to remove practical barriers to participation. Drawing on our co-creation practice, we translate evidence into hands-on training that improves everyday decision-making, policies, and culture within teams and institutions.
Every programme is tailored to the setting and role - leadership, frontline staff, educators, support workers, and volunteers - using real scenarios from the client’s context. We combine trauma-informed practice, Safe SPACE facilitation, and accessibility-by-design with plain-language tools, easy-read materials, and structured reflection so that learning transfers to daily work. CPD certification, Help Desk Service, External Quality Assurance and ongoing mentoring are available to support sustained change.
Course participants leave with practical strategies to create safer, more welcoming environments; to communicate accessibly; to adapt activities and services; and to monitor impact ethically. Organisations gain shared language, clear procedures and measurable improvements in belonging, engagement and outcomes - whether in classrooms, community services, factories, offices or public-facing.
