Education and Training
What We Do
We provide tailor-made education and training programmes, courses and tools on inclusion, diversity and engagement across:
-
Commerce and industry
-
Education (early years to higher education)
-
Justice and public services
-
Health and therapeutic supports
-
Youth, community and social work
Our programmes equip organisations to design equitable services in any setting and to remove barriers to participation. Drawing on our co-creation practice, we translate research and evidence into hands-on learning that improves everyday decision-making, policies and organisational culture.

Inclusion That Delivers Real-World Impact
Inclusion is often treated as an optional extra. In reality, inclusive design improves quality, engagement and outcomes for everyone. For example, adding subtitles to video content doesn’t only support people with hearing impairments, it increases views by 40% and completion rates by 80%. When services are designed inclusively from the outset, everyone benefits.
How We Work
Every programme is tailored to the setting and role, including leadership, frontline staff, educators, support workers and volunteers. We use real-world scenarios drawn directly from the client’s context.
Our approach combines:
-
Trauma-informed practice
-
Safe SPACE facilitation
-
Accessibility-by-design
-
Plain-language tools and easy-read materials
-
Structured reflection to support learning transfer
Optional supports include CPD certification, Help Desk services, External Quality Assurance and ongoing mentoring to sustain long-term change.

“Many members told us that INSIDE EU’s intervention at our annual forum was the most important for them. It clarified the training and support needed to strengthen both inclusive individual practice and multidisciplinary teamwork when working with child victims of violence." — Shawnna von Blixen-Finecke, Barnahus Network
