At INSIDE EU we believe gender equality is fundamental to excellent research, meaningful engagement, and a thriving workplace. This webpage hosts our Gender Equality Plan, a living document that guides how we embed fairness and inclusion in everything we do.

The Plan sets out clear actions, responsibilities, timelines, and resources to drive progress, supported by regular monitoring and transparent reporting. It reflects our commitment to evidence-informed practice and to learning from our own data, our people, and our partners.

Our focus spans work–life balance and organisational culture, gender balance in leadership and decision-making, equality in recruitment and career progression, the integration of gender into research and teaching, and a safe environment free from gender-based violence and sexual harassment.
