Christian Sweeney

CEO

Christian has degrees in French, Spanish and Chinese. He is a published researcher with experience in coordinating research on inclusion, physical activity, health and well-being.

 

He has ASD and is an experienced researcher, mentor, coach, tutor, assessor, IQA, philologist, writer and inclusion expert.

 

He has written numerous inclusive curricula that use NFIE and game-based learning as tools to enhance the well-being and quality of life of disabled and disadvantaged people. â€‹

Ray Sweeney

Head of Project Management and Training

Ray is a researcher and expert in accessibility, inclusion and diversity. He sits on the Inclusion and Diversity Workgroup of the United Nations Global Compact for the SDGs and is a member of the International Chamber of Commerce.

 

Ray has autism and is a Special Educational Needs teacher. He writes frameworks for inclusive pedagogical strategies and curricula that embed health, well-being and empowerment as tools to improve the engagement of marginalised learners.

 

He has written numerous inclusive curricula that use NFIE and game-based learning as tools to develop disabled and disadvantaged learners to access employment and entrepreneurship.

Richard Bailey

Head of Research

Currently a Professor of Educational Curricula, Richard Bailey is an internationally recognised authority on pedagogy, psychology, philosophy, physical activity and human development.

 

A former schoolteacher, teacher trainer, coach and coach educator, and professor, he has directed studies that have influenced international policy and practice.

 

He has undertaken funded research in every continent and worked as an Expert Adviser to UNESCO, WHO, OECD, the EU, and many similar agencies.

 

Richard brings particular experience in the design of curricula and pedagogy that are used to better engage all socially exclude people in learning with mainstream youth, rather than using target group approaches.
